Well, the pub is no more - THANK GOD! Another white-trash establishment bites the dust.
Hey, way to go serving alcohol to your 18 year old waitress who wrecked her car on the way home. Brilliant!
Not as good as charging a "cover" for Texas Hold-em' and getting busted by the State Police. Way to go Einstein!
Hopefully "Tropix" will be a little classier but given the history of that building and the many bars that have come and gone over the years - I doubt it.

I finally got the opportunity to see this place firsthand, after all the buildup below. It definitely has a waterhole look, both inside and out. At around 5:00PM on a weekday, it was the province of the middle aged caucasian male, including the bartender, nothing exciting here. Guinness should have been available and had to do with Sam's Summer. There was a dance area off to the side. On the whole, shabby and crapped out.

The Bryan Street Pub is a great place to get a bite to eat and share good times with your friends and family.
Tom does a nice job running the show, the bartenders are cool, the waitresses are friendly, and overall, the BSP has a very positive vibe.
If you like cool places to drink, this one should be on your list...

I've had many memorable moments at the BSP over the years, unfortunately its gone from a respectable fun-drunk crowd to white trash timberland-NBA jersey wearin scumbags. There are maybe 2 hot chicks to every 12 guys, and plenty of pigs who are waiting for you to buy them a shot. Im not going to mention the diarhea from the nachos.

The Bryan St. used to be the place to be, but now the only people who hang out there are young trash. Thank God Tommy is cool or the place would not exsist.

BSP is the PTB (place to be). Tommy B is the Bomb Dig and Tish is the MANiac. I love going there especially when my friends dance on the bar. They sometimes embarrass me but it is funny.

I love the Bryan Street on Thursday nights!!! Just sucks having to go to work on Fridays!! Cant beat $1 beers from 10-12!! Good music and nice lookin guys!!!

If the bryan st. is such a trashy place go somewhere else. Don't put the owners down because of the trash outback, it's called the weather. The employees don't stand in any ally and smoke b/c for one there is no ally and for two they would just smoke inside.

I am very greatful to hear all of the wonderful comments about the pub...let me tell you what is like to live near the pub.
The place is dirty...trash all over the streets, inconsiderate people who go in and out and pee on the walls outside of the pub.
The owners only care about the front of the pub they must never look behind them to see the trash blowing down the street.
The staff smoke cigarettes in the alley and hang out with their friends.
Yeah...great place go....thanks for supporting such a trashy place!

I love this place so much, I make it a habit to stop by at least everyday of the week. I would go more often if I could, but my boyfriend thinks I am cheating on him with some dude named Bryan, so I spend the rest of my week assuring him he is till my "wittle sunshine."
